Evaluator within the Australian Government with around 30 years experience designing complex evaluations of social policy, focusing on impact, participatory and realist approaches - deeply interested in utilisation and strengthening the evaluation sector. Experience in evaluation design, applied use of theory of change, realist synthesis, Indigenous evaluation, cross-government, place-based and community programs, covering a wide range of social and economic policy - such as housing, safety, wellbeing, employment and education. Masters research into the use of social science theory in evaluation, University of Melbourne. Fellow, Charles Darwin University. Active in ACT AES committee. Co-convener of aes25.
