My Ignite presentation will argue that modern evaluation is built on evaluation theory, and make the call for evaluators of all levels to learn evaluation theory to:
- Appreciate how evaluation has evolved;
- Strengthen their evaluation practice; and
- Navigate themselves around an ever-changing evaluation landscape.
