About me
Dr Shefton Parker is an evaluator and researcher with over 15 years of specialist experience in program and systems evaluation within the Vocational and Higher Education sectors. Recently, his evaluation of innovative education programs were referenced as evidence in the University Accord Report’s recommendations. Shefton currently serves as the Senior Evidence & Evaluation Adviser in Monash University’s Institutional Planning Unit, part of the Office of the Vice-Chancellor’s Intelligence and Insights division. Shefton specializes in designing comprehensive organisational evaluation frameworks that connect strategy, planning, and operational activity to support evidence-based decision-making and ensure successful strategy execution and effectiveness.
Shefton is a Chair of Western Health’s Community Advisory Committee and an adviser to Western Health’s Office for Research, Clinical Council, and Best Care Performance Committee. Additionally, Shefton is a chair of Safer Care Victoria’s Acute Care Learning Health Network.
