About me
Brian has over 20 years experience in evaluating programs, business models and working with systems theory. His consultancy work ranges from facilitating the creation of strategic plans and business cases to carrying out detailed impact and efficiency evaluations. His is particularly interested in the integration of strategy and evaluation.
His most recent work ranges from evaluating various climate change programs to auditing the Sydney Drinking Water Catchment. Previously he has helped establish the evaluation frameworks for the Murray Darling Basin Authority, the NSW Office of Water and the Sydney Catchment Authority. In between this water preoccupation, he has been working with performing arts venues like Melbourne’s Arts House and the Sydney City Recital Hall in evaluating their businesses and working plans forward for the next three years.
He is co-chair of the AES Systems Special Interest Group.
