About me
Alicia has 15 years of experience leading research and evaluation teams in the not-for-profit sector and is passionate about the role that research and evaluation plays in creating lasting change for individuals, families and communities. Alicia’s areas of interest include evaluation capacity building, knowledge translation, and evidence-informed practice in the helping professions. She has a wealth of experience in child and family services and mental health, with subject matter expertise in areas such as childhood adversity, family violence, social enterprise, community development, and place-based change. Alicia is a social worker by profession, with clinical experience in women and children’s health, and is currently an Honorary Fellow in the Department of Social Work at The University of Melbourne.
