About me
My role leads impact, evidence and innovation activities at Relationships Australia Victoria. These activities contribute to achieving strategic objectives and improving outcomes for individuals, families and communities. This now also includes oversight of several key prevention and early intervention projects and integrating a place-based approach into service design. I have over 10 years experience in addressing complex social issues in the social services and international development sectors. I particularly enjoy the collaborative development of organisational theories of change, program logics, and outcome measurement frameworks to inform decision-making and improve practice. To demonstrate the social impact of a wide variety of social services I have experimented with implementing a combination of fit-for-purpose qualitative and quantitative evaluation methods including developmental evaluation, utilization-focused evaluation, principle focused evaluation, place-based evaluation, most significant change technique, results-based accountability, realist evaluation, and feedback informed treatment. More recently, I am interested in exploring how we can best contribute to systems change as we face increasingly complex and interconnected environmental and social challenges.
