About me
I have extensive experience in working with the community and not for profit sectors. I am able to draw on 40 years of experience as an educator and researcher in university leadership and management development programs and as a consultant in the fields of organisational change and transition, strategic thinking and planning, governance, leadership, management development and evaluation. My guiding purpose is to contribute to the public good and make a positive difference to the people and organisations I work with.
As a skilled researcher and experienced evaluator, I bring highly developed skills in evaluation design, data gathering and stakeholder consultation, qualitative analysis and reporting to all assignments. I am mindful of the value of blending rigour with practicality emphasising what is fit for purpose and above all useful. I am particularly interested in innovative evaluation approaches such as developmental evaluation, its collaborative, emergent and challenging nature and the powerful contribution of reflective practice.
