I operate an independent consulting practice, providing evaluation and social policy services to community organisations and government.
With a background in law and social policy, I have more than 15 years' experience building and using evidence in order to create positive social change and improve outcomes for marginalised people. I love working at the intersections of service systems and I'm particularly passionate about preventing and responding to family violence and improving outcomes for people in contact with the justice system.
I have a Masters of Evaluation from Melb Uni and I sit on the AES' Victorian committee. In 2023-24, I was also an Associate Mentor in the AES Group Mentoring Program.
When I'm not working, I write and perform music as a singer-songwriter and hang out with two delightful small humans.
Looking forward to seeing familiar and new faces at AES24!
