With a background spanning research, government, non-government organisations and consulting, Justine brings technical knowledge and over 10 years of experience to the projects she works on. As a highly experienced program evaluator and strategic thinker, Justine has applied her skills across the areas of natural resources, disaster and emergency management, sustainability and social impact. This includes the delivery of over 55 program evaluation projects for state and local government and not-for-profit clients. Drawing on her conceptual and critical thinking skills Justine works to create a shared understanding of a projects purpose and intended outcomes, working collaboratively with colleagues and clients alike. As an engaging facilitator she invites clients, stakeholders and community into the conversation to gather useful information and insights. Justine’s strength lies in her ability to bring these components together to present complex information and ideas in a clear, logical and engaging manner, which results in the active use of the frameworks, plans, findings and recommendations developed. Her approach is guided by a desire to see evidence used to positively inform decision making, continuous improvement and fit-for-purpose solutions to complex challenges.
