A Kokatha Woman based in Ceduna, South Australia, she values family and community centered approaches to business and relationships, ensuring that any investment aligns with her core values of leaving a positive and valued impression on any spaces she interacts with.
Closer to home, Jessie compliments this passion with her day job, focusing on the cultivation and convening of strength-based partnerships across diverse stakeholders and regional Communities, using innovation and impact led reinvestment and alignment strategies to implement new ways of working. In addition, she has a strong commitment to coaching and mentoring future leaders, supporting capacity building and the growth of innovation across diverse sectors.
Jessie has extensive experience in business and community development, particularly focusing on hybrid service and business integration models, partnership cultivation, facilitation of interfaces, and strategic organisational development. Recent work in this area has focused on tri-partite governance models, social reinvestment and alignment models, impact driven development models and hybrid strategic implementation models to support growth within organisations, maximising its external stakeholder impact. Jessie has contributed to a number of national, state and regional strategies, including the development of funding and service models that support new ways of working, and the development of government and community interface frameworks.
