Ellie has a background in mental health and has spent 12+ years designing and conducting research and evaluation initiatives with diverse communities across Australia and internationally. In this time, she's worked with people from all walks of life, across the lifespan, from infants through to the elderly. Within The Salvation Army's National Research and Outcomes Measurement team, her current focus is on outcomes measurement and evaluation with people with lived experience of family violence, homelessness, and modern slavery. Ellie seeks to privilege lived expertise, and cultural safety, at every opportunity through her work.
