We all want evaluations that deliver on their purpose but can come up against 'messiness' as the evaluation progresses. It can be hard to distinguish stakeholder needs from stakeholder wants, and the evaluation purpose can get lost as unanticipated project changes arise.

Frank conversations can offer a way to navigate through these challenges. This presentation uses a 2022 evaluation of a health information platform as an example to provide tips on getting comfortable with uncomfortable questions, answers, and hard truths to get the evaluation back on track.
