Erika is the Research and Evaluation Manager at Starlight Children's Foundation, an Australian not-for-profit organisation dedicated to brightening the lives of seriously ill children. In her current role, Erika manages research projects and program evaluations to ensure that programs are high-quality and meet the needs of all stakeholders, with a particular emphasis on children and young people.
